Weight

Jane Galt has inspired me to lose weight.

I'm 5'10" and roughly 200 lbs. I stopped growing when I was about 17; I wrestled in the 150 lb weight class then.

Therefore, I would have to lose 25% of my current weight to get back into fighting shape. A 10% weight loss, or 20 lbs. is more realistic.

Plan: at least 30 pushups and 100 situps each day for the next month. More as strength develops. Weight will be tracked here.

UPDATE: 30 pushups and 100 situps done. Sore as a mother******.
